By operation of law, funds held in trust cannot be reached by creditors
of CDEC or the Trustee.

During the time that CDEC acts as your Qualified Intermediary, all interest earned on your money will be credited to your account. After

CDEC invests clients’ funds in AA-rated, or better, institutional money
market funds, earning attractive rates of return.
Interest posts to clients’ trust accounts monthly and can be paid out at
the end of the exchange period or reinvested into Replacement Property.
